BLE is registered as the successor-in-interest with the office of the Secretary of State of California in accordance with the requirements of California Civil Code Section 3344.1 and is the owner of certain proprietary rights in and to Bruce Lee including, but not limited to, the rights of association, publicity, sponsorship, and/or endorsement, and exclusively owns and controls many registered trademarks in and to the name, image, phrases and symbols of Bruce Lee.
